I'm Heather. Anybody who knows me knows that I moved around alot growing up. All over New Brunswick in fact. I went to a two-room elementary school and attended three different high schools from grade 9 until I graduated in 2001. Grand Manan High, Fundy High, and Fredericton High.
On Grand Manan I played JV volleyball, did the drama club thing for a year, partied a bit, spent alot of time with friends, and later fell out of touch with all of them :(
On Deer Island I didn't get too involved with school activity, but spent alot of time out with friends. I think I spent more time at a friends house then I spent at my own. Made and lost alot of friends....and again fell out of touch with most of them :(
In Fredericton I got a culture shock. I went from grade 1 and having one other boy in my grade, to graduating with over 850!! I had alot of fun and made alot of friends. However, I moved and lost touch with them.....again :(
I went to St. Thomas University for a while...but didn't stay too long. Journalism just wasn't the right thing for me I guess. Working full time at Tim Hortons while doing it didn't help too much either.
I moved back to Pennfield, met my future hubby, bought a house....and pretty much settled down. Thank God I have a great family living all around me. I wouldn't have done too much with my life if it wasn't for them supporting me and cheering me on. Thanks guys!!!!
